we had a lovely stay at apex. the city twin room was clean and cozy. the indoor pool and spa area were perfect for relaxing. breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. the staff, especially at the bar, made us feel welcome. the gym was well-equipped too!

Cleaning standards in the room left much to be desired, as the common areas were overlooked during housekeeping. Breakfast was enjoyable, but the overall attention to detail in management needs significant improvement.

The staff went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable, ensuring everything was to my liking. One downside was the bathroom sink, which was a bit small for comfort.
