Receptionists were welcoming, and the spa facilities were impressive, making it a great place to unwind. check-in was chaotic with disorganized reception staff, and noise from events created a less than restful environment. Cleaning standards in the room left much to be desired, as the common areas were overlooked during housekeeping. Breakfast was enjoyable, but the overall attention to detail in management needs significant improvement.
